 Dr. Lewis First presented the 19th Annual Robert M. Heavenrich, MD, Endowed Lecture in Pediatrics on October 21, 2010. In both Saginaw and at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, he discussed "First Impressions: Hot Topics from the Pediatric Literature." At noon, he presented a public lecture, "Creative and Effective Parenting Tips: A Generalist’s Perspective," on the Michigan State University campus in East Lansing. He is professor and chair, Department of Pediatrics, University of Vermont College of Medicine; Chief of pediatrics, Vermont Children’s Hospital; and editor-in-chief of Pediatrics.
