Michigan State University pediatric residency at MSU and Sparrow Hospital
The
Michigan State University Pediatric Residency is a University-sponsored
primary-care-oriented program offering comprehensive training in
general pediatrics in a setting which represents a unique synthesis of
academic and community teaching environments. As part of a cooperate
effort between the MSU Colleges of Human Medicine and Osteopathic
Medicine and Lansing’s Sparrow Hospital, our program combines the
strengths of these institutions to offer state-of-the-art training in
pediatrics. We have a curriculum, which places emphasis on general and
ambulatory pediatrics while maintaining our traditional strengths in
all of the pediatric subspecialties. As a result, our residency
curriculum provides a solid foundation for a career in either general
or subspecialty pediatrics.
