Avalon University School of Medicine

Why did you choose the MSU/Sparrow Pediatric Residency Program?

During my interview, I learned about how the Pediatric Residents at Sparrow met with the Governor of Michigan (Gov. Whitmer) and changed the MI car seat recommendations to match the recommendations of AAP. I loved it. I knew that Sparrow would be the perfect place for me to make a difference in this world. Also, being from MI, I'm super passionate about giving back and serving my community who helped me get to this point. Lastly, I love that we get to see and treat kids with so many backgrounds at the clinic, so Sparrow was my top choice.
